Good pay but dying business

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Fort Wayne, IN

ProsI enjoy my job, make good money, and work with great people.

ConsThis is a dying business. The company doesn't seem to acknowledge the fact that they have no idea how to run a large company. Upper Management continues to reinforce that their Legacy models of business are proven to work and have failed to use the knowledge and assets that they aquired from the Verizon buyout.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your ex-Verizon employees and let them help you run the business. They want to succeed and have the best interest of the company in mind. It can turn around if you evolve and look for best practices rather then closing your minds in thinking your old ways are still relevent in a technology based industry.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
