I have been working at Frontier Communications full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good Benefits and good co workers (non management)

    Cons

Management, No advancement, having to lie to customers on a daily basic

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want happy employees, make changes within the center. Stop giving bonuses to those who do not deserves. The ones who are answering the calls are the ones who deserves the bonuses. We are the one being cussed out from customers than being told by management that we are still are not good enough!

I worked at Frontier Communications full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Very good frontline employee skills and experience. My engineering team was one of the best I ever workedwith.

    Cons

Upper management doesn't listen to Verizon employees. From day one Frontier did not take into consideration Verizon's business model on how it designed, deployed, provisioned, billed, maintained and monitored its network. Not taking the time to understand the Verizon business model was a grave mistake by management. I was no long-time Verizon employee upset because another company came in and changed the tools and processes, I was a fairly new employee. I was able to see how effective the local team was and could see the massive changes taking place were a recipe for disaster. I said to myself when I left that if the company continued its current management methods the company would be bankrupt in 3-4 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be willing to listen to frontline employees and incorporate their knowledge into decision-making.
