I have been working at Frontier Communications full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Company listens to their employees. If we have ideas, they either implement them or tells us the business reason why it couldnt work.

CEO is the most available CEO to employees and customers that I have ever seen.

Cons

Systems-- New ones will be implemented within a month though.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep asking for your employees opinions.

    Pros

    The people I work with our great and my first line superviser, everything else going up have issues.

    Cons

    Don't know where to start accept this company is heading in a death sprial.

    I worked at Frontier Communications full-time

    Pros

    Flexible work schedule (based on relationship with Manager).

    Cons

    Underpaid. Corporate relations with field offices/call centers needs improvement. Conflicting information, customer offers always changing, etc. AND, corporate office AA's not pleasant at all!

    follow your 3P's and treat everyone with dignity and respect
