Current Employee - Sales and Service Technician in Kennewick, WA

I have been working at Frontier Communications full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Engaging with and making a difference to the customer is the best part of this job.

    Cons

It seems as if management chooses who they want for certain position's rather than offering it to those who might be interested. Seniority means nothing anymore and the new customer is far more important than the existing customer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on fixing a broken system rather than focusing on ways to get more disappointed customers.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
