Nice working environment, very young and dynamic
Quickly growing markets (in Africa) with lots of opportunities for growth - and thus strong need for market research and consulting

ConsSalary package not very competitive (no fringe benefits)
Not enough on-the-job training
Internal procedures and red tape can be burdensome

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to simplify work procedures and improve internal software/tools/materials used.
Offer better salary package (including medical aid and pension fund), similar to the industry.
