I worked at Frost & Sullivan full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you are a self starter and do not require direction you can learn a lot. The learning will come from you taking the initiative - not from anyone teaching you anything. You do have access to corporate database - even if you are in events - you can bascially get through to any comapny in the world - but don't expect training on what to do once you reach the other end.

    Cons

No training. Poor salary. Ghetto offices. Awful technology. You will not be given credit for your own work. The company is spread too thin - it is trying to be everything to everyone. Terrible leadership Worst maangement - the "board" all hates each other and does not communicate. Who is the CEO? They took the CEO title away because no one want to assume the responsibility of being the "Worst CEO in America" - so they use the term "Chairman".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overhaul the whole company - figure out what you are good at and do it. Stop launching a new product line each day. Hire staff with credentials - it is difficult to be a great company when the majoirty of your workforce has no experience.
