I worked at Frost & Sullivan as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    People are generally quite nice.
    Most people are quite approachable.
Got to work under 2 bosses, and the Singaporean boss was awesome! Gave me a good job scope, trusted me, groomed me even though I was only an intern.
Generally a good place to gain experience and exposure.
Did not regret completing my internship there.

    Cons

The other non-singaporean boss seemed to have a bit of a trust issue.
Never got to carry out the job scope promised to me during the interview and it was quite a disappointment. Was boring working under that boss.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to hire more locals, ie Singaporeans
