Frost & Sullivan – “Performance driven company. Great place to learn.”

This review sounds very much as it written by yet another relative or friend of the management who is trying to increase the company rating. Frost & Sullivan performance driven????? One must be on LSD to think that. I've seen so many incompetent managers at all levels in this company, promoted simply based on friendship/family connections with upper management or reasons not related to their professional competency. Compensation is not linked to performance - bonuses are only on paper, and at the end of the year, when bonuses should be paid, management invents all sorts of reasons not to pay the money. If you think the working environment is good, you clearly have no idea of what IS a good working environment.

My 2 cents worth of advice
- get real people and grow up!
- if you have so much to say, be a man and speak directly to the mgmt to get things addressed and suggest solutions instead of letting out your frustration in public.

Some shameful comments here- maybe the person really enjoyed his stint at the company. maybe he/she had a good manager. Yes, the management might not be great but not every single person is a poor employee...if for example, someone were reporting to one of you people and you had done a great job - the person when he goes out will have a good memory of the company - Period!
