Pros

Learned a lot about how successful business is run by real-life successful businessmen, who seem really important. Help me realize how much time and money was wasted in former jobs in things like training, bathroom breaks, being given legitimate time goals for finishing projects, and being equipped with the tools needed to solve problems, and, you know, do my job. It turns out these are all unnecessary.

Cons

So-called "friendly" coworkers who wanted to talk, wasting valuable client-billable time.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not enough focus on PMC (internal time tracking system) and making sure employees don't waste time - that is the biggest thing keeping F&S from the upper echelons of business prosperity. Keep up the focus on marketing - after all, most potential clients don't know the real story, so you can tell them whatever you want! And while you're at it, don't do any of the real long-term structural things on the back end that at face value you might think would enrich and/or be expected of a legitimate consulting company. You know, like offer employee training. Remember, that costs money.

    Pros

Well there aren't much pros to say expect for the fact that work/life balance would be good as you don't have to sit late in the office. There is no pressure as such as most of the work is easy and just involves googling and working with MS excel/powerpoint.

    Cons

    1. Extremely bad pay
    2. No growth or career opportunities. I mean you just have to google which even a naive guy can do nowadays.
