Pros

Some coworkers and a true learning experience if you end up in the "right" team and role.

Cons

The company creates a great deal of BS processes that tie up employee time and aren't productive even if there are solid intentions behind them. Good employees are often not retained, leaving for better pay and opportunities to advance. Promotions are overlooked for years and career tracks often sidelined. Comp plans given for a current calendar year typically half or 3/4 a way into the year instead of 1/1 or before then for upcoming year.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your good employees better- value them. You would get more out of your employees and keep the good ones, not just the complacent.

    Pros

Flexibility, the ability to work remote after getting established, the pay is good for someone right out of college

    Cons

Lack of communication and short-sightedness; some people seem to be in positions they are unable to handle while others take up their slack

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think about the long term impact of work rather than cheap, speedy output.
