Stay clear of this limping company, horrible culture

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Ann Arbor, MI

ProsFree lunch monthly, young co-workers.

ConsTerrible culture. Demoralizing. Employees are treated like slaves and expected to work weekends. If your an engineer, expect to put in at least 65 hours a week. Poor pay and benefits.

Platform is outdated and is facing relevance issues from competiting companies with better platform . Upper management is clueless. The building itself is falling apart, torn carpet, dirty walls, etc.

High turnover. Poor at estimating work and gains unhappy clients which middle management then has to hear from the client while upper management sits back and does not get involved.

Advice to Senior ManagementClose this limp, out-dated location and utilize other locations. Improve direction and platform.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
