Pros

Full list of services to sell
Generally cooperative co-workers
Wide open territories

Cons

Constantly having to justify investments in pursuits
Would often bring deals about to close, and management would choose to not complete the agreement because of hiring commitments

Pick what you are really competitive in, and what customers believe you are competitive in, and focus on it.

    I worked at Fujitsu America as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    People in Fujitsu America are nice to work with. The team I work with is full of talented engineers, and it was a very good experience.

    Cons

    The company is in Sunnyvale, CA. The living cost is high and housing is not easy. Besides the problem of location, others are all fine.

    I have been working at Fujitsu America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    People to work with are technically very well qualified.

    Cons

    The project managers sucks, for the lack their ability to negotiate with clients they over commit on deliverable to the client and push the additional work load on consultants.
