Felt like it was always on the brink of folding

ProsFull list of services to sell
Generally cooperative co-workers
Wide open territories

ConsConstantly having to justify investments in pursuits
Would often bring deals about to close, and management would choose to not complete the agreement because of hiring commitments

Advice to Senior ManagementPick what you are really competitive in, and what customers believe you are competitive in, and focus on it.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
