    I have been working at Fujitsu America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    People here are great. Work schedule is good and environment is a positive one. Decent campus and location to public transportation.

    Cons

    Unfortunately the management does not have a firm grip on the current marketplace and the changes within it. The approach is a reactive one rather than a proactive one. Upper management seems to be riding the waves while employees are struggling without resources.

    Advice to Management

    Try to gain focus and rely on the knowledgeable experts the employees

    Pros

    good product, some loyal customers remain

    Cons

    sales compete and are pitted against each other, We gight daily for the compensation that we have earned. We discontinue product in the middle of a rollout. Cancel products, promo's, and positions due to change in budget

    Advice to Management

    tell the truth about Tony Doye and why he quit (?) this week. We all know what he did. get rid of current product management, we are not a leader, by any means anymore. We generate no business leads and are known better by the blimp and film company than by our computers
