Fujitsu America

Obiee (Former Employee)
Frisco, TX

ProsThey make some great products and do have a very good IT structure in place. They cover the globe and can be very competitive in a cut throat business world.

ConsBig company and very hard to push though changes. They have a culture that needs to change, or they will lose some very good employees

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to listen to there workforce and make changes as they are submitted. Very slow to adjust to the workers needs

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
