Pros

Not a bad company but used to be better

Cons

They had good practice structure and other good policies before the economic turmoil. But after they changed to region based, you cannot expect any carrier rather if you want an immediate stop gap project you can take that up.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Coworkers acquired with the ADS divestiture were very resiliant and open to change.

    Cons

No vision or plan for the future Odd titles No bonuses No chance for advancement unless in the "right" circles No training Lack of management support and follow through Very tight fisted with salaries Very low morale Low tech at a supposedly high tech company

    Advice to Management

Talent is leaving your organization at an alarming rate for a reason. The current management is more interested in socializing than doing their jobs.

    Pros

Great Hardware Company with great products

    Cons

Very poor at delivering professional services - poor value adds

    Advice to Management

stop the constant change - they are constantly changing strategy to compensate for poor business planning and poor service offerings. They could use a lesson in addressing market need instead of throwing everything on the wall and seeing if it sticks. Also, everything is viewed as a sales problem instead of an offering problem. The hardware is the only true value add for the company...classic japan - if you build it (the best) they will come (even if they dont need it) - this works great for cars.
