2. enjoyed the industry
3. benefits were excellent..including health plan
4. clients were high powered for movement after Fujitsu

Cons

1. senior management not organized and unable to hold HR/Employment promises
2. professional growth was lacking at fujitsu.
3. not a lot of job growth/promotions internally

Advice to Senior Management

Mainly do what you say and offer to your employees. Offer professional development to your employees and try to keep them around.
