looks like large company in think

Cons

Marketing is not good, Sales are poor, management is even poor.Nobody cares what is happening with Consultants working for them.They leave alone existing employees look for new.No career growth,no communication between consultants,managers,practice managers

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider the actual consultants who feed the company with dollers

    Contract, but can't really say

    poor communication with practice managers between contracts, too many accounts and passwords to manage, when contracting out

    you're too big and not capitalizing on the talent you have. with a little more people networking, you could do a lot more

    Growth potential is huge when working for a $53.3B organization.

    Cons

    The company is driven by finance. Management is inconsistent and tends to be tied up on internal meetings. Overall strategy is lacking.

    Treat your employees and consultants with more care. Improve business processes internally.
