EMEA management is out of touch with US fast paced - quick to provide solutions and service requirements of the clients served. No proper vision, and focus for the business. Leaves business running in a vacuum of beauracracy and ever changing leadership.

Advice to Senior Management

You need to learn the cultures and business dynamics of the locales you are serving. Both externaly to he customer and internally to the employee population. One model does not fit all globally. Be interested in truly managing a company rather than boasting a resume.
