The people at Fujitsu are a good bunch, very capable.

Cons

The "One Fujitsu" programme is a joke. Seniour management treats people very badly. They mind their own carrier only. Often they call everybody stupid, whole company locations are publicly called "old peoples home".

Senior management in Japan needs to look into this problem, the whole company might sufferr.
