    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I really don't know what to say. When you have bad decisions after bad decisions, then the only thing you can do is to start over.

    Company in transition

I have been working at Fujitsu

    Pros

    - Global Company
    - Currently going through transformational changes and therefore can be placed in "high risk / high reward" category - depending on how the transition will turn out great opportunities may arise.
    - Many great people to work with

    Cons

It has been all about cost cutting lately and the company is still going through major transformations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The cost-containment strategy should not be sweeping but more intelligent. Some very valuable resources are leaving because of the overall morale and no clear vision - those will be most difficult to replace.
