Good technological challenges; great people, great product. Marketers and Engineers really knew product well

Cons

Facility not as livable as surrounding and others I have worked aat before.

    Pros

    Good to learn new technology and groom yourself for future assignment, Have to battle to get your things done. Good for start your career.

    Cons

    Salary is low as per market standard, Lot of politicis. Only good for start your career. Management is not supportive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Always understand employee grievance. Avoid politics so employee can work for long time. Avoid firing the people if you not get much profit.

    Strong globally
    Delivery is strong, but fading
    Great ooffshore team

    Cons

    Management team are dullards
    Constantly changing for sake of change - result - business is in a tailspin

    Learn the basics of your business and try to go 6 months without a traumatic change to the organization
