“Unsatisfactory”
I have been working at Fulcrum Microsystems
Pros – Nothing that i can think of, except for the good climate of southern california
Cons – Job insecurity,a technology thats not used anywhere and deadlines that keep on extending forever(i really wonder what lies the management says to the clients to justify our long delays in delivering our products)
Advice to Senior Management – If you only hire people when you think that you can utilize them 100% all the time , then project delays are bound to happen because of man power issues. So rather than foolishly boasting about the amount of work you are trying to get done by a minimum work force , get realistic and hire more people and try meeting the deadlines first. This will also ease the pressure on the exsisting employees
