    Pros

    Great CEO
    Very social work environment
    Casual dress
Interesting work if you enjoy YouTube
Upper management truly willing to hear your troubles and concerns regarding company which is rare find

    Cons

    Horrendous pay.
    No benefits when you start.
No HR, so get used to sexual harassment and inappropriate comments.
    No consequences for poor work.
No standard of hiring, once you're hired, they'll probably never fire you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to let go of the people who are hurting your company and reward those who are doing exceptionally well. Otherwise, you'll lose all the good ones and will be left with a flailing company full of dead weight employees and not enough talent.

    Pros

The environment is positive and fun, the product is great and the future looks bright for this company.

    Cons

Very little invested in personal growth or training, you are definitely treated like a commodity and not a person. You can be fired for almost anything, up to and including not being happy with other employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think more about getting touchdowns than making first downs. Give managers training so they know how to leverage the resources they have, because this place is full of them. Be loyal to your staff and they will return that loyalty.
Show some compassion to staff as well, even when you fire them or let them go. Respect staff as individuals and respect their choices to stay or go, dont take it personal. I've witnessed several brash displays of extreme unprofessionalism from the senior management, they should keep it a tad more dignified. When you fire people, don't do it in the middle of a party.
