Future Electronics – “Only if you are desperate”
Pros
Only if you really need to get job experience.
The cafeteria.
The free shuttle bus.
Cons
Long hours.
Restrictive environment.
Grim office.
Advice to Senior Management
They need to create a cooperative and positive job environment. Communicate effectively and not give out jobs based on friendship. Free clothes form ten years ago is not a bonus.
