Future Electronics – “AVOID. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

Pros

* A set of coasters after 5 years service. I beleive you can achieve a clock after 10 years although that may have changed now.
*My boss was wonderful. I hope for the sake of his health he has left the company now.

Cons

*Complete inflexibility with working hours. Standar 8am start. Anyone clocking in at 7.59 be warned, you can't get to your desk for 8am so are technically late. Not for non-morning types.

Advice to Senior Management

Get with the times. Allow your staff flexibility and by that I don't mean letting them go at 3pm on Christmas Eve.
