Bad management-they always get in the way of innovation with a lack of common sense
lots of competition amongst employees
high pressure sales

Advice to Senior Management

Have a base plus commissions, not just base pay.
introduce fairness to promotions
increase commissions.
react better to competitors
don't be afraid of new ideas
