ProsNice staff, nice families, nice kids. The pay is decent if you have degrees & certifications. Given plenty of work & flexibility.

    Pros: It was a decent hourly wage. Cons: A lot of negatives: staff is never expected to take time off and is reprimanded for doing so; days and hours change weekly; staff… Advice to Senior Management: Treat staff with respect.
