Current Employee – been working at G&D Integrated

Pros – Great benefits, good corporate environment. I like my department and all the people that I directly work with. No issues my division.

Cons – Operations/Safety/Recuiting have very different goals. In order to make money you have to spend money. The workforce development could be so much better. G&D has all the potential to be a great place to work, they just need to spend some time and money. Time to recognize the people who matter.

Advice to Senior Management – Dear Management,

It is time to start appreciating your employees from the ground up. The people in the warehouse feel as if they do not matter. The professionals (non-management) at corporate feel that they don't matter and could be easily replaced. Take the EOS and actually use the data. You have all the potential to be an AWESOME place to work.
