Pros

my experience with the company while employed for a very short amount of time I was provided a highly flexible schedule each week

Cons

very dirty, highly disgusting route trucks
unbelievable hours - long days during training.
could not understand or comprehend why clean uniforms and linens would be delivered on the same trucks as dirty laundry.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

bring on board external new hires through fresh eyes and ears. Think about the customer experience. Provide training and leadership skill building to new managers.

    Decent health, dental benefits, good vacation.
    Timely evaluations, standardized process.
    Not outstanding, but fair pay.
    Good recruitment, initial hiring process.

    Cons

    Not very innovative.
    Don't listen to employees or suggestions they may have.
    Don't value diversity.
    Don't respect employees.
    Some senior management not very strong

    Pros

    Good Comp., Decent co-workers The rank and file is great. Managment in IT sucks.

    Cons

    outdated technology. Too much emphasis on incompotent Directors and Middle Managers. Lots of lip service about how important people are, phony management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    bring IT into the 21st century. Stop focusing on hiring managers that dont know anything, but kiss ass and play the game. Flatten the organization. (no middle managers) the IT org is too small for so many dead wieght 'people leaders'
