I have been working at GAF Materials as an intern for less than a year
Pros – The job has a friendly work atmosphere with a lot of resources, and people willing to go out of their way to help you through issues. There is a many opportunities to grow within the company, and countless projects that will help shape you into a well rounded engineer. Also there is a great balance between office and field work.
Cons – Some of the cons include working in the warehouse when it is hot or cold. A lot of the engineering work is outsourced so you will primarily be a supervisor with minimum technical work however the knowledge is necessary.
