I have been working at GAINSCO
Pros – I recently had a tragedy in my family and I can't tell you the outpouring of support and concern I had from both employees and management. I've been here 5 years and GAINSCO is without a doubt the best place I've ever worked. Other pros: smart, creative employees, management that listens, competitive pay, ability to be creative and see ideas implemented... all in a caring and supportive environment.
Cons – healthcare insurance is expensive (but it is, everywhere)
