I have been working at GAO

ProsGAO is a good place to work if you're a good fit. They do promote work/life balance. They're are opportunities for growth. Some may find the work interesting.

ConsThe culture is overall passive aggressive.
The work is boring and there is no creativity.
Performance is supposed to be objective but the process is entirely subjective.
