Good work/life balance, but work can be tedious

Pros: Interesting topics to work on, work/ife balance, co-workers are pleasant,… Cons: Tedious at times, if you are on a bad team you're going to have a long 9-18 months finishing a project, too… Advice to Senior Management: Shorten engagements, not every engagement needs to be 9 months or… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
