    Pay is competitive
    Good opportunity for advancement if willing to relocate
    Competitive benefits

    Cons

    Employees do not care only about themselves, Too much like a union enviroment
    People in positions that are not trained for that position. Bad hiring practices by HR
    Not organized, poorly run, and bad customer service and quality.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hold employees accountable. Get away from the democracy environment, start leading.
