GE Aviation – “Lack of executive leadership at GE Aviation.”
Pros
Benefits are good. Retirement and savings are good. Technical learning classes are good to take.
Cons
Lack of leadership and continuity . Leadership continue to reorganize and shake things around. They get rid of people only to find out they need to hire more.
Advice to Senior Management
A lot of managers have no business being managers. Be wise and hire talent, don't get rid of it.
