    Pros

Benefit package was excellent, especially health insurance. But I believe the health insurance has since been downgraded.

    Cons

Very low pay, limited advancement opportunities, a lot of dissatisfied co-workers. Not a friendly environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees better with more respect.

    I worked at GE Capital

    Pros

Good benefits, good time off, good work-life balance.

    Cons

Terrible management, all snobish and in a world of their own. Everything takes a long time to get done. Too much red tape, too little autonomy, too much politics. Hard to feel appreciated, no meritocracy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be lean and ready to act. Meetings about meetings about meetings are very counter productive. Think about results rather than saving face. Stop passing the buck, take ownership and responsibility for your actions.
