    Pros

A global business with a set of strategically sound growth objectives, strong in executions and operations, supported by its parent's capital funding, well run organizational processes and sharing of best practices. A diversified and globally talented culture.

    Cons

Took on real estate assets that could not have withstood stress from economic downturns. Lack of strategic view and depth to appreciate the long term potentials of a global consumer finance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sustainable growth good for the shareholders, company and employees comes from a shared belief of possibilities, not asset reallocation.
