“They take care of you.”
Current Employee – been working at GE Capital as an intern for less than a year
Pros – - Easy work, nothing demanding
- Good hours for a finance job
- Friendly people and a great atmosphere
Cons – - Glass ceiling for the first two years. Even if you out perform you really can't reap the benefits.
- Stagnating business. It's more of an upkeep business rather than anything related to growth. It'll stay that way till we're in a booming economy again.
Advice to Senior Management – - None, good guys
