    Good health benefits Consistent measuring devices for reviews

    Incompetent Management Disrespectful Supervisors Managers will 'target' people they don't like and set out to get them fired Ongoing training non existent If you are a minority, you can break rules & not loose bonuses, but if you are white, the requirements are much higher.

    Advice to Management

    Require supervisors to get on phones for one week every six months and do the job as we are required.

    Lack of boredom. Talented employees. Ability to interact with clients. Good benefits. Positive work life balance

    Excessive politics. Minimal growth opportunity unless member of "poker club" Contradictory business goals. Lack of adaptability. Poor customer focus.

    Advice to Management

    Be more open to suggestions from employees who interact with customers. Elminate bureaucracy and wasted efforts and focus on customers.
