“Gets worst with the years”
Current Employee – been working at GE Healthcare full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Good place for working mom
Challenging job, good work culture
Cons – Medical benefits sucks, no yearly bonus
Advice to Senior Management – Give good benefits if you want to attract good people
