I have been working at GE Healthcare full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Leadership training very good, lots of opportunities to lead others. Challenging work. Very competent peers.

    Cons

Management very focused on short term. Too much work, not enought people or funding to do everything asked. Very little prioritization - everything is a top priority to get done. Focus on building the organization in emerging markets vs leveraging US talent base.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more and less on trying to make everyone do everything and more on prioritizing and making smart tradeoffs.
