Great place if one has no skills or scruples. If your idea of innovation is rebranding crap from other companies, pushing it out the door regardless of wether its ready or not in order to make quaterly sales numbers GE is for you.

Cons

Not a place for anyone who values integrity, or their personal life. There is no limit to what will be demanded of one, all for the meager hope one may keep their job another day.

Advice to Senior Management

Start walking the talk when it comes to quality and integrity. Don't just slap the logo on something and call it GE. Design, build and deliver unique and useful products employees would be proud to produce and customers eager to own.
