    Good Work & Life balance is best in the industry.
    Will improve your communication and soft skills.
    Will get another out of box perspective on process.

    Bad pay master.
    Spend more time on process than on technology.
    Worst in promoting right people.

    Give right monetary benefit to employee.
    Also make promotion based on service and roles based on knowledge.

    Pros

    Excellent processes, great training programs, good management. Rewards and Recognition done when applicable. Good IT tools and emphasis on employee wellfare

    Cons

    Low pay, Abstract appraisal process where growth values are used to counter performance. No clear role of HR in employee's growth. Too archaic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Trim the processes, rework the appraisal process.Work on helping employees move into other roles. There are people who have been in the same role for 17-18 years. This leads to us losing talent to our competitors.
