Satisfied employee

Lead Software Engineer (Former Employee) Seattle, WA

ProsBeing a big company one find a role and project you like; you can actually steer your career in the direction you want to. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies as well; you just have to find the right team that is using the technologies you want to gain experience on and try to get on the team.

ConsBe prepared to deal with SDLC that is heavy on the process side; even if the team practices agile development methodologies it is still heavy.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou have smart people in your teams; give them clear direction, time and remove the impediments of the heavy process.
