I worked at GE Healthcare full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

We get ergonomic chairs (worth ~$500), keyboards and a huge monitor.

    Cons

You have to pay for lunch and the coffee sucks. Also, the HR Dept is understaffed, confused and overworked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It feels like the management always has more important things to worry about then their own employees.

Former Employee - Lead Project Manager in Waukesha, WI

I worked at GE Healthcare full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Very competant technical staff but leadership is lacking.

    Cons

Some leadership positions are filled by individuals not qualified for role. It was sad when I had to be the one to constantly advise my manager on basic industry knowledge

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Talent is the most valuable asset in the company. Perhaps more people would stay with the company if they were valued more.
