Pros

Career opportunities due to global reach and being part of GE. People here genuinely do feel that they are contributing towards helping other people's lives, and there are some good community initiatives that you (for example in Africa). Integrity/compliance is a strong theme which is good.

Cons

Fast-moving environment so it can be a tough place to work, there is some pressure on work/life balance. Career development isn't automatic, you have to take ownership yourself and push for it, works better for some career areas than others.
