Good Place

Intern (Former Employee) Skaneateles, NY

ProsManagement is very good at communicating with their employees and addressing their concerns both salaried and non salaried employees. The facility is brand new finished in January 2008. Management didn't babysit employees. (i.e. Its OK to come in late just get your work done and make up the time.) Some people are very friendly and helpful. Its a small place, which can be a good or bad thing. Everybody knows everybody.

ConsLocation, its kind of in the middle of nowhere. This can be bad especially in the winter where the local roads aren't always plowed properly. Cafeteria is kinda small and lacks variety.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the god work, continue the communication between employees.
