Former Employee - Sensor and Electronics Intern in Farnborough, Hampshire, South East England, England (UK)

    Pros

Gained a lot of experience. Fantastic set of engineers to work with.

    Cons

No direct route into graduate programmes for year long interns. Have to reapply for a leadership programme.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try and engage more with interns across the various disciplines. Sometimes feels like GE isn't cohesive in structure across different P&L's.
