Typical bureaucracy: low pay, lots of red tape, no gratitude, no upward mobility.

ProsClean water will always be needed.

ConsGE's Cost of Living raises do not coincide with inflation. You make less every year you stay with GE. GE's pay is not competitive with other local employers such as Boeing or Microsoft.

Advice to Senior ManagementValue your employees. Pay them what they're worth. Live up to the would-be GE integrity clause. And also, get rid of SAP -- it's killing the business.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Good for bachelor's level engineer work
