    Pros

    The always steep learning curve. I enjoy taking new and challenging assignments in this company.
    This company also offers flexibility of switching to different jobs within the company.
    People are very nice to each other.

    Cons

    GE is a bit too big and sometimes not as competent as smaller companies in decision making.

    Run like small companies. Currently too much efforts spent in internal pitch prep and management review. Should spend more time externally with clients and suppliers.
